(1) Vendor needs to provide energy, climate action and facility advisory services to the government authority located in New Bedford, MA. – Develop and recommend strategies, methods, and tools to promote the sustainability of the agency’s commercial fishing industry and address the responsible development of offshore energy projects, as well as resulting mitigation and support strategies.  – Conduct regular check–ins with the agency to discuss agenda items, action item tracking, coordination, and other activities as needed.• Facilitate four in–person meetings annually which will include the following sub–tasks:– Prepare agenda and materials for agency meeting– Manage registration and notifications– Reach out to speakers, assemble slides, dry run as needed– Prepare key takeaways from meeting– Prepare for, facilitate, and manage key takeaways from ad hoc virtual meetings as needed• Support three issue–specific work groups, which will include the following sub–tasks:– Facilitate three virtual meetings per year for each work group.– Develop agendas and draft options and issue papers for the agency’s meetings. • Develop annual report.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
