(1) Vendor needs to provide social programming grant funds services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.– Identify and select qualified nonprofit and faith–based organizations to deliver direct services that support community building, expand access to essential services and resources, and promote economic mobility for low– and moderate–income residents of county.– Provide direct, community–based services designed to address immediate needs while supporting long–term stability, self–sufficiency, and improved quality of life.– Services may include housing stability and homelessness prevention, food assistance, emergency financial assistance, workforce readiness and employment supports, job training and placement assistance, youth and family services, services for older adults, benefits navigation, case management, and referrals to health, behavioral health, and social service systems.– Outreach strategies may include collaboration with community stakeholders, use of multilingual and culturally appropriate materials, participation in community events, coordination with county service locations, and engagement with trusted community partners.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
