(1) Vendor needs to provide recycling services to the government authority located in Richland, WA. • Drop–box recycling: The drop box containers can be either source separated or co–mingled and should include the following materials: newspaper, magazines, office paper, cardboard, plastics, aluminum, and tin.• Curbside co–mingled and commercial cardboard recycling: provide processing services for curbside single stream co–mingled recyclables delivered to the service provider by the agency.• Recycling services in agency–owned facilities:– Provide services that include the collection and processing of inside building office paper recycling.– Provide recycling collection bags/devices for office paper recycling at the agency–owned faculties.• Reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
