(1) Vendor needs to provide program planning and administration support services to the government authority located in Dunwoody, GA. • Required to prepare and adopt a five–year consolidated plan • The plan identifies the city’s housing and community development needs and establishes the framework for a means to provide decent housing, a suitable living environment and expand economic opportunities.• Analysis of impediments to fair housing choice, homeless needs assessment and certification of city’s efforts to affirmatively further fair housing and all other certifications and items necessary to meet HUD requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on Aug 24, 2026
