(1) Vendor needs to provide legal drafting services to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI.  – Legal drafting services for updating department of planning administrative rules, rules of practice and procedure, contested case rules, general plan, county code and other associated land use and legislative matters.– The direction and oversight of the planning director, deputy director or their assigneddepartment staff, the selected proposer will be expected to perform services.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
