(1) Vendor needs to provide on–campus snack bar operator service to the government authority located in Browning, MT. – Low and medium cost meal options or portions for breakfast or lunch.– Student meal plan.– Additional health conscience and grab–and–go meal options.– Catering options for on or off campus meetings and large gatherings.– Space rental fee based on square footage and percentage of sales is negotiable.– Includes full–service kitchen, dry or cold storage space and access to the building to support snack bar operations. snack bar is located off of the student commons, an area with high traffic and where numerous events are held throughout the range of the contract.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
