– The selected Contractor shall be responsible for designing and implementing structured aquatic exercise classes tailored to older adults, maintaining appropriate safety standards, and ensuring high–quality participant engagement.– Services shall include class development, instruction, participant assessment, safety oversight, recordkeeping, reporting, and administrative coordination. Programming must accommodate varying levels of physical ability and provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for seniors.– Develop and maintain a structured schedule of aquatic exercise tailored to older adults, including but not limited to water aerobics, gentle movement, balance and flexibility training, and arthritis–friendly exercise programs.– Monitor and maintain appropriate instructor–to–participant ratios (recommended 1:15; maximum pool capacity of 20 participants) through effective scheduling and staff coordination.– Incorporate appropriate warm–up, cool–down, and stretching components into each class session.– Develop and implement a participant satisfaction feedback process, including surveys or other evaluation tools, to collect input on program quality, participant experience, and opportunities for improvement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2026.
