EDUCATION-17995 - USA (Stockton, California) - Third Party Equitable Services - Deadline August 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party equitable services to the government authority located in Stockton, CA. – Direct services to students must supplement, rather than supplant, regular classroom instruction.– Provider's instructional sessions may not occur during the students regularly scheduled core subjects (Reading, Math, and English) classes.– A schedule indicating the specific activity and class missed for instruction must be provided for planning and coordination.– Instructional sessions may be observed at any time by the private school staff or staff.– Parents of participating students may observe instructional sessions in accordance with the private school's policies.– The Third–Party provider may assist each non–profit private school in ranking and selecting the students of greatest need for Title I services in Reading, Math, and English using a variety of academic indicators such as consultation with classroom teachers, and analysis of student assessment data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
