As the developer and manufacturer of these hardware and software solutions they are proprietary items and TBS has the only rights to these solutions. In recognition of the pivotal role that Collier County Public Libraries play in fostering community development, education, and accessibility to information, it is imperative to underscore the vital public purpose served by the provision of printing, faxing, and scanning services.
