ITB South Lynnwood Park Renovation

The project consists of all work to be performed as indicated in the Project Manual and Drawings. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and other incidentals for the construction of improvements at South Lynnwood Park, a 4.2-acre site. The proposed work includes but is not limited to a playground, artificial turf soccer field, basketball court, tennis/handball/racquetball court, concrete and HMA walking paths, concrete retaining wall and playground curb, foundation for a pre-fabricated picnic shelter, fencing and netting, drainage and stormwater improvements, water and sewer line repair/replacement, site grading, irrigation, landscaping, channelization, traffic control, permanent signing, and miscellaneous site furnishings. Bid Range: $1,679,000 to $2,172,800 South Lynnwood Park is located at: 20915 61st Avenue W., Lynnwood, WA 98036. The park is open to the public from dawn to dusk.
