(1) Vendor needs to provide auxiliary communication and accessibility services. – Furnish reliable, responsive and sustainable interpreting services on an as–needed basis.– Interpreting needs may vary based on individual access needs, academic schedules, agency programming, duration and complexity of assignments, modality and other circumstances. – Services may be required for classroom instruction, laboratories, advising appointments, meetings, events, trainings, performances, commencement activities and other agency–sponsored activities.• American Sign Language (ASL) interpreting: Qualified in–person interpreters for academic instruction, laboratories, appointments, meetings, events, performances and other agency activities.• Remote or video ASL interpreting: Remote interpreting delivered through secure and reliable technology when requested and appropriate.• DeafBlind support and tactile interpreting: Support providers, tactile interpreting or related services when required for an individual assignment.• Team and specialized interpreting: Team interpreting, specialized terminology, technical academic content or other assignment–specific support when appropriate.• Related communication access services: Other interpreting–related services specifically requested by the agency and within the provider's demonstrated capabilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
