EXTRA-77205 - USA (Fayetteville, Arkansas) - Water Distribution Master Plan Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide water distribution master plan service to the government authority located in Fayetteville, AR. – The master plan study shall address the following general goals and scope items:1. Data Collection –• Pressure logging during critical high–demand season (targeting Summer 2027). Consideration should be given to transient pressure surges.• Flow testing in–field and associated model calibration.• The awarded proposer will discuss options to allow city to purchase and install data collection devices instead of temporary devices supplied by consultants.• Perform a review of agency customer contracts. Incorporate contract stipulations into model and recommendations as necessary.2. Hydraulic Model Update – The Consultant’s application of the hydraulic water model for these planning purposes shall comply with established industry and engineering practices for water system modeling criteria including American Water Works Association (AWWA) guidelines.3. Master Planning – The Consultant may recommend modification to the work scope as outlined in the following section to improve the project value, to incorporate innovative technology or methods, or to add missing elements that are essential for successful project delivery.(2) A non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on October 6, 2026.
