(1) Vendor needs to provide law enforcement officers safety act (LEOSA) credentialing program services to the government authority located in Texas.– Provide photographic credentials to eligible qualified USAF law enforcement officers– Maintain data identifying the qualified USAF law enforcement officers who have been issued photographic identification and dates of their issuance.– Database and Website Management: Maintenance and management of the database and website for application processing and status tracking.– Investigative and Verification Services: Conducting background checks and eligibility verification in accordance with established laws and regulations.– Credential Design and Printing: Designing and producing secure photographic credentials(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
