(1) Vendor needs to provide faculty information and evaluation management system.• Strengthen evaluation consistency.• Reduce administrative burden.• Enhance reporting capabilities.• Promote transparent faculty review processes.• Provide support for nearly 5,600 faculty, 2,000 graduate students, and 500 postdoctoral scholars across four universities, with capacity to grow user count based on institutional needs.• Integrate with institutional platforms, including Microsoft fabric, human resource information system (HRIS), student information system (SIS), learning management system (LMS) and research systems.• An end–to–end annual review workflow.• Creation and routing of a promotion and tenure case.• Cross–college and joint appointment scenarios.• Accreditation reporting examples.• External evaluator submission workflows.• Permissions or user role structures, including any customization configurations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for three years.
