(1) Vendor needs to provide leadership development service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – Provide individual development for potential leaders.– The program offers executive coaching, organizational assessment and development, leadership development and coaching, facilitation of effective organizational communications, web–based training and learning management and succession planning.– Leadership skills, interpersonal relationships, conflict resolution, diversity, data and metric utilization, succession planning and organizational communication improvement.– This project must identify specific strategies to address these areas, provide an implementation plan and develop an evaluation of the plan. – Organizational assessment and development– Leadership development and coaching– Facilitation of effective organizational communications– Succession planning(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
