CONS-22388 - USA (Austin, Texas) - Construction Manager-At-Risk Services - Deadline August 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager–at–risk services for park to the government authority located in Austin, TX.– Services shall be comprehensive in nature and will include but not be limited to: pre–construction services, estimation services, participating in constructability reviews, development/management of complex critical path schedules and bidding multiple packages as necessary to execute the project(2) A mandatory pre–submittal teleconferences will be held on July 28 and 29, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
