MRB-56546 - USA (Washington, DC) - Commencement Site and Production Services - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide commencement site and production services. – Commencement brings together graduates, families, faculty, alumni, and distinguished guests to celebrate one of the institution’s most significant traditions.– An experienced production partner capable of delivering a seamless, engaging, and memorable commencement experience that upholds the university’s standards of excellence while supporting the complex logistical and technical requirements of this milestone event.– Provide a comprehensive execution plan covering all phases of the project,including pre–production planning, on–site event management, post–event dismantling, andfinal project closeout.– Services shall include, but are not limited to, site planning, CAD drawings, temporary structures, labor, site management, and overall event execution support for both the 2027 and 2028 Commencement ceremonies.(2) A virtual pre–bid conference will be held on August 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
