CASE-1794 - USA (Yonkers, New York) - Case Management and Technical Assistance Services - Deadline October 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide case management and technical assistance services to the government authority located in Yonkers, NY. – Services provided will include assessments and delivery and coordination of services as appropriate, based on the identified needs of the residents.– The Service Coordinators will serve as a single point of contact for the designated Resident Associations and agency staff to help address any health or safety–related issues concerning any residents of the assigned agency owned and managed housing developments.– The Case Manager will perform similar services for the participants but is not assigned to a specificsite and therefore, is not classified as a full–time position.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
