(1) Vendor needs to provide forensic behavior health evaluations service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.                                – To furnish evaluations that contain relevant, professionally sound observations, results, and opinions regarding child welfare involved individuals and families. Evaluations occur at different stages during the child welfare process.• Parent mental health diagnoses and the need for treatment • The presence of disability and interventions, and/or accommodations required to ensure full participation and access to services. • Caregiver capacity to provide safety and permanency • Intervention/s required to remediate barriers to capacity • The safety of expanded contact, visitation and/or reunification • Quality of parent/child attachment and the impact upon the child should parental rights be terminated.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
