CSE-24833 - USA (Paonia, Colorado) - Sewer Pipe CCTV Scoping Project Service - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide sewer pipe cctv scoping project service to the government authority located in Paonia, CO. – Services to clean, inspect, document, and map the condition of selected gravity sewer mains and associated manholes.– The work supports the Town’s Office of Just Transition grant commitment to assess approximately 10.5 miles of aging wastewater collection infrastructure, identify structural and operational defects, restore flow capacity where cleaning and root removal are required, and produce usable digital records for maintenance and capital planning.– Field conditions or GIS discrepancies may reveal additional pipe footage, bidders shall also provide unit prices per linear foot for additional authorized cleaning and CCTV inspection– Additional work may be authorized in increments established by the Town, including 10–linear–foot increments, but payment will be based on actual accepted footage.– Mobilization and coordination– Pre–cleaning and jet cleaning– Root and root–tap removal– CCTV inspection– Manhole inspection and mapping(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
