LEGAL-18002 - USA (Colorado) - Alternate and Substitute Municipal Judge Services - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide alternate and substitute municipal judge services to the government authority located in Colorado. • Provide serve as alternate municipal judge and hearing officer for the town’s local licensing authority.• Alternate municipal judge will preside over municipal court proceedings when the presiding municipal judge is unavailable.• Presiding over municipal court proceedings when the presiding municipal judge is unavailable.• Conducting court proceedings, making legal rulings, evaluating evidence, issuing judgments and orders, and ensuring proceedings are conducted fairly and in accordance with due process.• Conducting administrative hearings related to liquor and marijuana licensing.• Maintaining all qualifications required by law, the town municipal code, and complying with the code of judicial conduct.• Adopt rules and regulations to conduct the business of the municipal court and local licensing authority.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
