The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Recruiting Facilities Program, is seeking 3,483–4,403 square feet (useable) retail/office space within the delineated area. Potential locations must meet the following criteria, at a minimum, to be eligible for site visit and consideration as a location for bid solicitation. Additional requirements may be disclosed upon site visit or bid solicitation if selected.–3,483–4,403 SF space must be located within delineated area boundaries (please see attached delineated area map)–Sites should not be located adjacent to adult entertainment shops (i.e. bookstores, video stores, or theaters), night clubs/bars, methadone clinics, drug rehabilititation cetners, marijuana/hemp dispensaries, medical marijuana dispensaries, gun shops, liquor stores, etc., and could potentially be eliminated from competition as these are considered non–compatible businesses.– Have adequate parking for Government – owned vehicles 24 hours a day/7 days a week, as well as adequate parking within 4 blocks for employee and customer vehicles.If you have a location that meets the required criteria and are interested in consideration, please email the provided USACE member in this advertisement with:–Location address–Sq.
