(1) Vendor needs to provide audiovisual modernization services to the government authority located in Jurupa Valley, CA. – Project is to create consistent, intuitive, commercial–grade audiovisual environments that support conferencing, presentations, training, collaboration, digital signage, room control, and public meetings while reusing suitable existing equipment where practical.– Provide professional audiovisual integration services to design–finalize, furnish, install, program, configure, test, commission, document, train, and transition into operation the systems– Standardizing intuitive room operation and user experience.– Supporting zoom rooms and microsoft teams rooms workflows where specified.– Improving camera, microphone, display, audio–processing, switching, control, and signage capabilities.– Providing commercially supportable and lifecycle–manageable systems.– Integrating with network, device–management, security, and administrative requirements.– Protecting privacy in activity room a through front–of–room–only presenter tracking.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
