(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA.– Provide Night Crew services five (5) days per week, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 p.m. through 1:30 a.m. – Exterior window cleaning includes all building windows. It also includes all ground floor glass doors and exterior panes.– All windows will be left in a clean and clear condition, debris and dirt will be removed from surfaces. – Spot clean glass walls and door handles.– Wipe down guard console and turnstiles.– Wipe down tables at least once during employees' lunch break (noon – 2 p.m.)– Clean up occasional spills.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
