(1) Vendor needs to provide anti–kleptocracy and applied legal analysis services to the government authority located in Washington, DC– Work will be based on comparative desk research and focused on actionable recommendations to strengthen mutual legal assistance, asset recovery, and coordinated investigations and prosecutions, consistent with international cooperation principles reflected in instruments– Baseline legal mapping– Selection of two priority laws or legal regimes– Comparative analysis of regulatory divergence– Harmonization roadmap(2) All questions had been submitted on July 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
