LEGAL-18340 - USA (Grafton, Wisconsin) - Village Attorney Services - Deadline November 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide village attorney services to the government authority located in Grafton, WI.– Provide general legal counsel for the village, village board, village administrator, department heads and officials of the village.– Function as legal advisor to all departments of the village government and represent the village in legal matters as requested.– Draft ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and other documents as may be required by the Village.– Apprise village officials as needed about changing laws and other legal matters that may be of interest and concern to the village.– Render oral and written advice to the village board and village staff.– Assist as necessary in the processing of insurance claims and coordinate with the various insurance carriers and defense counsel as required.– Serve as municipal prosecutor for the village and represent the village in hearings and trials of village municipal traffic and ordinance violation citations issued by the village.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
