(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated transit operations and workforce management enterprise resource planning solution. – Agency is seeking information regarding commercially–available transit Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions capable of supporting service planning, scheduling, blocking, run cutting, workforce management, timekeeping, and operational planning across bus, rail, and paratransit operations. • Scheduling and operations management:– Support for fixed–route bus, light rail, and on–demand (paratransit) service planning and operational scheduling.– Route creation, tracing, optimization, and service configuration– Stop management, spatial data validation, and geospatial integration capabilities• Workforce management:– Workforce scheduling, operator assignments, workforce availability management, and operational staffing support capabilities.– Vacation, leave, and absence management with automated reassignment, workforce balancing, and operational continuity support capabilities.• Bidding and assignment:– Support for comprehensive operator bidding, workforce assignment, and operational staffing processes.– Support for holiday bids, vacation bids, special assignments, temporary workforce assignments, and operational exception assignments.– Electronic, web–based, mobile–friendly, and configurable bidding interfaces supporting workforce accessibility and operational flexibility. • Timekeeping and payroll:– Integrated workforce timekeeping capabilities with real–time clock–in and clock–out, attendance tracking, and workforce time management functionality.– Integration capabilities with existing agency payroll, agency Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and related workforce management platforms.• Multi–modal and multi–division support:– Capability to manage fixed–route bus, light rail, and paratransit operations within a unified, scalable, and interoperable enterprise operational environment.• Support for modern web–based, cloud–hosted, Software–as–a–Service (SaaS), or hybrid deployment architectures.• Support for GIS–based operational planning, mapping, spatial data management, and geospatial integration capabilities. • Support for configurable APIs, data exchange mechanisms, interoperability frameworks, integration services, and standards–based system connectivity.• Typical implementation timelines, staffing models, resource requirements, recommended agency participation levels, and organizational readiness considerations for comparable transit agency deployments.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
