– Vendor needs to provide curriculum development service to the government authority located in Lawton, OK. – Provide curriculum development vendor specializing in indigenizing curriculum.– Enhancing school’s curriculum through an indigenous lens.– Role will help in bringing teachings and language into our everyday curriculum such as math, ELA, science, history, etc. for grades pre–K to 5th grade.– Working with lead teachers to review their curriculum and the school’s curriculum to indigenize it for all subjects that align with academy charter school’s core values and indigenous traditions.– Reviewing the state standards to ensure all curriculum aligns with what needs to be met, offering suggestions to teachers.– Developing activities that fit into the provided curriculum, ensuring there is an indigenous lesson to them.– Reaching out to the department in receiving help on language and implement words and phrases within the classroom.
