(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive review and assessment service to the government authority located in Wailuku, HI.                            – Perform an in–depth review and analysis of the Department of Liquor Control’s current workflows and framework, including streamlining workflows for efficiency, and to develop a strategic plan to move workflows to a cloud platform in the future.– Review, assess, and analyze Department of Liquor Control workflows andoperating practices across all divisions, and provide recommendations to improveefficiency, consistency, transparency, and operational effectiveness.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) The contract period will be two years.
