Patty Center Pool Code Corrections The Work consists of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil modifications to correct building code deficiencies, replace aging systems, and improve life safety, energy efficiency, and overall facility performance for the swimming pool at the University of Alaska Fairbanks Troth Yeddha’ Campus Ernest N. Patty Center in Fairbanks, Alaska. A building addition will house a new HRV. Additive alternates exist to address pool vessel penetrations and piping, observation balcony railing upgrades, and pool filtration and treatment systems. Construction Range: $5,000,000 to $9,000,000
