The Crook County School District ("District") is seeking proposals for fully managed Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) services to support the District's educational, administrative, and operational needs. Interested service providers should review the associated RFP documents for site details, service requirements, submission instructions, and procurement timelines. Public IP Addresses: The District requires a minimum of five (5) usable static public IPv4 addresses as part of the proposed Internet Access service. Vendors should clearly identify any recurring or non-recurring costs associated with providing these IP addresses on Attachment A-Cost Proposal Form. PROPOSALS DUE: October 26, 2026 by 4:00 pm PST Proposals will NOT be accepted via email. Proposals must be submitted using only the method identified in the RFP. The District is not responsible for proposals submitted through any other method or for proposals not received by the submission deadline. Service Providers must be, and remain, compliant with all Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) and Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) requirements throughout the term of the contract. Service Providers are responsible for maintaining a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN). Any contract award resulting from this procurement is contingent upon the receipt of sufficient E-Rate funding and any required District approvals. Proposals should be concise, straightforward, and responsive to the requested services. Marketing materials, promotional content, and other non-essential information should be limited. Proposals containing excessive marketing content may be deemed non-responsive. Disqualification Factors The District reserves the right to reject or disqualify proposals for any of the following reasons: Late submission. Failure to maintain compliance with applicable SLD/USAC requirements. Failure to possess a valid SPIN. Proposal is non-responsive or not relevant to the services requested. Failure to follow the bidding instructions contained in the RFP. Submission of automated, robotic, spam, or otherwise non-substantive responses.
