(1) Vendor needs to provide artwork management service.– Provide public art consultants, art consulting firms, or artists management companies to oversee the selection, coordination, and management of mural artists for a transformative public art initiative.– Initiative presents a unique opportunity to reimagine an underutilized urban passageway as a dynamic, visually engaging public space that enhances the downtown experience for residents and visitors alike.– Responsible for identifying artists of varying experience levels emerging, mid–career, and established ensuring a dynamic range of artistic perspectives.– Locate, recruit, and manage a team of 4 to 6 mural artists, representing a mix of experience levels and artistic styles.– Coordinate between artists to create designs that activate the space visually and experientially, create memorable destination–quality installations, and integrate thoughtfully into the site context.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
