TRANSPORT-11975 - USA (Concord, California) - ADA Paratransit Operations and Maintenance and Related Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide ADA paratransit operations and maintenance and related services to the government authority located in Concord, CA.– Provide ADA and non–ADA paratransit services and related transportation operations.– Provide safe, efficient, effective, and innovative operations, including reservations, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, technology–enabled service delivery, and data–driven performance management.– Developing affordable and user–friendly technologies, increasing shared–ride efficiencies, expanding service availability throughout the combined service area, providing flexible cancellation and rebooking options, offering self–service trip management tools, reducing regional transfer wait times, reducing deadhead and other unproductive time and mileage, and developing partnerships with other transportation providers and sponsors.– Call centre and administrative functions include reservation, scheduling, dispatch, “where’s my ride”, and customer service.– Provide real time interpretation via bilingual call centre staff or via telephone interpretation service.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
