(1) Vendor needs to provide security consultant services to the government authority located in North Carolina.• Conduct threat and risk assessments of the environment (including new areas of intervention) and provide recommendations for context–specific security management requirements to management.• Security networking: participate in weekly security clusters• Compile and submit weekly security reports that track incidents and trends within the country• Conduct bi–weekly security situation briefings for all staff, keeping them updated on security developments and risks that may affect the organization’s operations.• Provide 4–hour safety orientation to ensure safety and security of staff.• Provide advance security briefings to all travelers, ensuring plans for tracking arrival, departure and accommodation.• Provide monitoring and oversight of teams during work–related travel.• Conduct hotel and office assessments in liaison with the logistic officer for a safety and security approval process.• Verify the security conditions of the travel location and confirm safety of staff prior to travel.• Provide advance security briefings to all travelers, ensuring plans for tracking arrival, departure and accommodation.• Update security plan and associated annexes.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
