(1) Vendor needs to provide security systems services to the government authority located in Miami, FL.– Inspect, maintain, repair, and provide video retrieval and preventive maintenance to maintain a fully operational security system.– Security systems intermediate distribution frame, which is subordinate to the control.– PTZ: Pan–Tilt–Zoom camera; These cameras provide the ability to pan the field of view allowingtelephoto zoom capabilities with programmable or pre–established patterns and presets.– Fixed Camera: Stationary mounted camera without any pan or tilt capabilities.– IP Camera: Internet Protocol Camera transmitting video utilizing an open platform.– Megapixel Camera: IP high–resolution camera.– High Security Housing: Vandal resistant.– Video Server: Digitizes analog video signals and sends digital images over an IP network.(2) All questions had been submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
