(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency medical and centralized billing services.• Implement and customize, as necessary, a centralized billing system that will support ground EMS agencies in the billing and collection of revenue from all insurers.• Provide as–needed telephone and email support in response to inquiries.• Support test environment for applications and systems to aid in diagnosing and troubleshooting questions or problems observed in the production environments.• Provide minor troubleshooting for user problems and responding to user questions. Minor training of users in the system.• Provide upgrades to the current technology to ensure future development and maintenance are easily supported by a broad set of personnel.• System documentation updates to include at a minimum user manual with all current functionality and ongoing updates to maintain accuracy.• Enhancements based on state and federally mandated changes. • System improvements and enhancements that support improved outcomes.• Improvement and automation of program processes and associated process flows.• Develop and maintain policies, procurement–related documents, and contracts. (2) All question must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
