EXTRA-75714 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Professional Parking Management Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional parking management services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – The Contractor will operate three parking garages and seven (7) parking lots on behalf of the agency.– The Contractor will manage 400 of the 637 parking spaces; 233 spaces for paid public parking and167 spaces reserved for employees located in a nested gate area (pay–and–display).– This garage is one of the largest public–owned parking facilities in the perimeter of downtown Denver. It is an enclosed multi–level mixed use garage with 952 lined spaces serving the Golden Triangle, Central Business District, Government Campus, and Civic Center areas.– Provide complete operational management of whole Garages and Lots.– Provide continual attention to established revenue control procedures.– Monthly Garage and Lot operations coordination meetings with the agency to coordinate toreview monthly invoice and future expenditures.– Schedule adequate personnel to cover needs of each Parking Facility.– Provide a list of personnel, including emergency contact information, and update asnecessary.– Purchase and pay for approved reimbursable expenses, including utilities for some Lots.– Preventative maintenance, service, and repairs of parking equipment and their systems.– Janitorial and light–duty maintenance services– Maintain PCI compliance of all parking equipment and their systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026.
