(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile electronic device coverage services to the government authority located in Patchogue, NY.– Enter pricing of extended warranty and accidental damage coverage in relation to initial cost of device.– Provide extended warranty and accidental damage coverage for multiple devices including iPads, Chromebooks, laptops, MacBook’s, iPhones, mobile smart phones, etc.– Coverage and insurance will provide extended warranty to cover all manufacturer defects.– Coverage and insurance will also provide full replacement cost coverage and will protect the Item worldwide, and will be transferable to a replacement unit.– Extended warranty (mechanical failure) coverage.– Accidental damage coverage.– Theft and vandalism coverage.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 6,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
