FIRE-1630 - USA (Taunton, Massachusetts) - Fire Alarm Preventative Maintenance, Repairs and Testing Services - Deadline June 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire alarm preventative maintenance, repairs and testing services to the government authority located in Taunton, MA.– All labor, materials, tools, equipment, appurtenances, devices and transportation necessary or incidental for maintenance, repair, testing and programming of the existing Edwards system technology fire alarm system.– Contractor will conduct a visual inspection of every device as well as physically activating each device to ensure its proper operation as installed.– System operation will be verified during quarterly inspections testing each device at least annually.– During scheduled visits, minor repairs will be made, such as replacement of faulty detectors or otherwise defective devices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid Conference will be held on June 3, 2026.
