(1) Vendor needs to provide auditing active adult commission services to the government authority located in Wayne, MI.– Provide an independent audit assessing financial statement fairness, allocation verification, statutory compliance, internal controls, and contract review.– Auditor responsibilities include annual financial audit, compliance audit, internal controls testing, contract review, millage revenue verification, and reporting including management letters and public presentation.  (2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27,2026.
