2027 HVAC Preventative Maintenance Program

The City of Perrysburg hereby invites qualified firms to provide bid on the Perrysburg HVAC Maintenance Program. The agreement will be for 1 year beginning January 1, 2027 and run through December 31, 2027. A list of serviceable items and their locations can be found in the attachment list. There will be a Mandatory walk through on Tuesday, October 20th, starting at 8:00 am, at the Department of Service, at 11980 Roachton Road, Perrysburg, Ohio 43551. Then we'll travel to the other City Building locations. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Ohio, Prevailing Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds. In order to be considered responsive, the contractor and all subcontractors will need to comply with City Ordinance 08-2023 which was passed in April of 2023. A copy of the Ordinance 08-2023 is included in the attachment list. The project will be awarded to the lowest and most responsive bidder based on the Grand Total Price of the Base Bid and any Alternatives that are accepted.
