MCLEVY HALL HISTORICAL REPAIR/RESTORATION PHASE 1

The City of Bridgeport seeks bids for Project Title . The scope of work consists of exterior building envelope repairs (Phase 1 from copper capital and above including roof, skylights, vent stacks, copper entablature, pediments, gutters, leaders and copper capitals at the pilasters). Work includes repair and replacement of the roofing materials, replacement of skylights, repairs to Portland (sandstone) stone vent stacks, replacement and repairs to the copper sheet entablature, pediments, gutters and leaders, including replacement of respective framing materials.
