(1) Vendor needs to provide quality assurance, construction, inspection and materials testing services to the government authority located in North Kingstown, RI.• Perform sieve tests (ASTM D422 and D1140) and modified Proctor tests (ASTM D1557) of each source of fill material.• Verify pile materials, sizes and lengths comply with the construction documents and Geotechnical Report.• Independent geotechnical engineering testing agency to perform field quality–control testing(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
