DRA-11430 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Transportation Resilience Study Service - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation resilience study service to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA. – Provide comprehensive transportation resiliency study that identifies and prioritizes critical transportation, freight, logistics, military, and supporting infrastructure assets; evaluates network dependencies and access to those assets; assesses vulnerabilities, threats, and resilience gaps; and develops actionable strategies, investment priorities, and decision support tools to strengthen long–term regional resilience.– Study should support enhanced coordination among transportation agencies, freight stakeholders, military partners, emergency management organizations, infrastructure owners, and other key stakeholders to improve the continuity and recovery of critical transportation and goods movement systems.– Project Budget Tracking System: Maintain a project budget tracking system to monitor expenditures and ensure consistency with the approved budget.– Develop mitigation, adaptation, and recovery strategies that strengthen freight and military transportation resilience, reduce vulnerabilities, improve emergency response capability, and enhance continuity of operations.– Identify and inventory critical transportation infrastructure across the region; major freight corridors, military access networks, key international gateways, major freight facilities, power grids, and industrial clusters, essential to regional freight mobility, national defense, economic vitality, and public safety.– Produce tools and models to support resilience planning to estimate impacts of potential disruptive events occurring at select critical infrastructure locations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
