(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber optic cable installation, maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Adams, CO.• Routine Operations and Maintenance• Fiber Network Relocations, Expansion, and Changes• Non–Emergency and Emergency Restoration and Repair• Demonstrated experience in Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) fiber construction (bore, trench, conduit, splicing).• 24/7/365 emergency service capability.• Ability to provide qualified personnel and properly calibrated equipment.• Ability to determine breaks in fiber when no visible damage is present• Ability to install route marker and handholes• Demonstrated experience in asphalt and concrete removal and replacement• Communication expectations:o 24/7/365 telephone support for emergency restoration and repair requestso Escalation list with procedures and timeframes to obtain additional resources• Contractor shall provide updated information to 811 as required.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
