(1) Vendor needs to provide youth development program coordinator services to promoting adolescent wellbeing through culturally rooted, place–based programs to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.– The partnership will focus on creating experiences that strengthen leadership abilities, support personal development, and deepen young people’s connection to their communities, all while upholding cultural values, traditions, and stewardship practices.– Designate a primary point of contact who will coordinate all program operations with agency, including logistics, facilitator training and certification, and overall curriculum implementation.– Enroll at least fifty (50) adolescents and aim for a minimum program completion rate of seventy–five percent (75%).– Consistently demonstrate professionalism in both conduct and presentation across all program activities, interactions, events, and public engagements, in alignment with the values and expectations of this initiative.
