(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based legislation tracking system replacement solution.– Provide a custom–build cloud–based system. – Provide robust system to analyze, monitor, and respond to legislative proposals impacting taxes and programs administered by the agency.– Legislative tracking system (LTS) was designed to provide information on bills as they move through the legislative process.– Core functionality is straightforward.– Intuitive tools are presented prominently, minimizing the learning curve for basic tasks.– Highly reliable, with outages occurring only on rare occasions.– Provides direct support, which shortens ticket resolution times and enables quick remediation when issues arise.– System issues can be resolved within 2 hours of being reported.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 24, 2026.
