(1) Vendor needs to provide avenue feasibility study service to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.  – Provide professional services for a feasibility study for the incorporation of bicycle infrastructure along the central avenue corridor between avenue street.– The study will result in a feasibility study with a recommendation for a preferred alignment and a planning–level cost estimate that can be used to identify potential funding.– Identify and evaluate feasible alignment and design alternatives for a safe, accessible and bikeway connection along central.– Analyze physical, operational, and community barriers that currently impede connectivity along this corridor.
