FOOD-10891 - USA (El Paso, Colorado) - Food Management Service - Deadline September 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide food management service to the government authority located in El Paso, CO.– Contractor shall provide two (2) hot meals and one (1) cold meal per day. Cost of cold meals should be less than for a hot meal– All other foods will be of comparable quality. In addition, ground meat shall contain no vegetable protein. No soybean, soybean derivatives or textured/hydrolysed vegetable protein shall be used in the preparation of meals.– Beef, veal, lamb, eggs and dairy products, frozen foods– Contractor will provide sufficient meals for all inmates, food service staff, Sheriff’s Office personnel and visitors approved by the detention center command staff. All staff, County employees and visitors will be served meals on the approved menu schedule.– Menus for the upcoming week will be prepared on a weekly basis displaying the food that will be served at each meal. Menus will be distributed to both staff and inmates.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 12, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.
