(1) Vendor needs to provide conference services to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– Seeks a suitable conference facility to provide meeting space, food and beverage, and audiovisual capabilities for a two–day professional development event.– Conference catering services will require a continental breakfast, mid–morning coffee/drink refresh, lunch and midafternoon light refreshment, all with options.– Program will include the use of a large room capable of accommodating all the participants for a full general session.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 18,2026.
